We aim to be with you within 60 minutes of your call. Our engineers are based locally, and we'll give you a rough arrival time when you ring.
How much does a call-out cost?
The call-out is a fixed price, and we confirm it on the phone before an engineer sets off. Any further work is quoted free and agreed with you before it starts.

Can you find and fix leaks?
Yes. We trace the leak back to its source, repair it and check the nearby pipework.
What should I do while I wait for the engineer?
If it's safe, turn off the water at your stopcock (usually under the kitchen sink) by turning it clockwise. Keep away from water near electrics, move valuables out of the way and put towels or a bowl down to catch drips.
